Keeping a record of your child's achievements each day and celebrating them as well as discussing ways they can improve, can be a wonderful tool in helping them grow emotionally. This journal provides you with a guide to spend a little time each day reflecting with your child on their behavior. It can be completed by either the child or parent, the most important thing is that it provides an opportunity for reflection and discussion.
